I wrote this book because when I was young, my mama would say a lot of things. At the time, many of her sayings didn’t make sense, but as I have gotten older, I better understand what she meant. She would say these things to me and my sister. Now, I see them as life’s lessons, as opposed to annoyance or things I didn’t want to hear. I find myself sharing my mom’s sayings with my sister and my children.
Yolanda Mosé is a native of Atlanta, Georgia, but her military career has taken her to many places. After her military career, she and her family settled in Virginia. She loves to write and enjoys the outdoors. This is her first book, and she is excited to see this long-awaited project come to fruition.
